The Pattie Group was recently named as one of 2023’s Best Landscape and Lawn Care Companies to Work For by Lawn & Landscape magazine.
The awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment within the unique green industry.

The 2023 Best Landscape and Lawn Care Companies to Work For list is made up of 27 companies across the U.S. and Canada. The Pattie Group ranked 8th overall and 3rd for medium-size employers.
The Pattie Group is recognized for this achievement in the June edition of Lawn & Landscape.

Although company policies and practices were evaluated, the vast majority of the overall scoring for the competition (75% of it) came from the results of employee surveys that measured the employee experience.
